TERRAIN is a contemporary modern dance company based in New York City. The company is committed to creating aesthetically innovative dances as choreographed by artistic director Rebecca Lazier in collaboration with participating dancers and other artists in a variety of disciplines. These dances seek to reflect the dichotomies of the human experience by questioning traditional narrative and musical structure and juxtaposing abstract forms with emotional content.
