There are many other ways you can help Terrain work towards this Benefit:
if you are able to donate any goods or services, from baking a batch of cookies to bringing beverages, we will be greatly appreciative. We could also use volunteers to help to set-up chairs and collect tickets on May 17th. One of the easiest ways you can help is by inviting your friends who have never seen Terrain to come to the show! We are always excited to expand our audience and meet new people. Please let me know if you are interested in helping in whatever way possible.Click here to donate:
. You will be transferred to the website for The Field, our fiscal
sponsor. When asked for the Artist's Name, type Rebecca Lazier, and for the Artist's Group type TERRAIN. All of your donations are tax-deductible, as Terrain is a
sponsored artist of The Field.
The goal of this event is to raise money to fund the creation of a new piece over the summer and three performances next year. I will hopefully have more dates to send you soon! To give you an idea of how the raffle money will be put to work, consider that:
| $10,000 | = total cost of creating, rehearsing and producing one new piece | $810 | = one full week of studio space and dancers' fees | $450 | = one full week of studio space | $100 | = four dancers fees for two hours | $25 | = two dancers fees for one hour | $15 | = studio space for one hour |
Sincerely,
Rebecca Lazier, Artistic Director, Terrain
